Staff was informative, helpful and efficient. Was able to add more appointments to complete as I was waiting. Overall 5 stars treatment
Horrible experience. The people doing the MRIs do not belong in this field. Complete lack of compassion.
I would give ZERO stars. The tech that did my MRI was the most uncaring, cold person I ever met. This woman does not belong in healthcare. I knew I made a mistake coming here, I normally go to west end. First off I was having an MRI done on my ankle I can barely walk and she was speed walking back to the changing room I couldn't keep up, so then when I was a bit smug after that she asked why?. duh lady! Every One here is kind and helpful..
Run, don’t walk, to literally any other imaging center. The check in staff only existed to direct us to the kiosk to check in, and even in that task they were rude. Once my wife was called back for an MRI on her dislocated shoulder, she was told to remove her sling. When she told the tech that the doctor instructed her not to, she was offered the choices of remove the sling or refuse the scan. Then was thrown a 3X pair of paper pants to change into, unassisted.
