My daughter hurt her arm and needed some Xrays. The technician was SO friendly and patient with her. And somehow they got one very upset toddler in and out of there quickly. Thank you!
Worst place ever, seriously don't use the one in Nampa, I've been sitting here 40 minutes past my appointment 😡 I'm supposed to have a full bladder for my appointment.. it's rude to make someone wait so long, I will never use them again.
I have had an appointment for imaging set up twice now. Both times, I’ve had a woman from St. Luke’s call the morning of the appointment to inform me they have canceled. Each time, I have not been given a reason or had any kind of apology for the inconvenience. Today, I was already on my way for the second attempt of a scheduled appointment when I saw the voicemail the employee had left. This was left with less than 40 minutes until check in time. Called 3 different times to make an appointment as the doctor had me freaked out was on hold 50 minutes each time no answer I guess that’s the medical system these days ended up going somewhere else and they got me right on the schedule
