My mom was brought in by ambulance yesterday after a bicycle accident to the Magic Valley St Luke's. The care she was given is FAR from acceptable. The basic care should have been to clean her wounds, which would help prevent infection. They did not. They simply put a bandaid over mud and gravel, but only so it wouldn't get blood on the wrist brace they put on her.
