FYI- when I got my "reminder" text for my diagnostic mammogram and it gave me an option to Confirm, Cancel, or Reschedule... I needed to change it due to work schedule changes... I chose Reschedule and it gave me the INCORRECT number to call - when I called the number it gave me, that department then had to give me the correct number to call... I called and went through the prompts and still waited on the line for several minutes (almost 10) before I got connected to someone... The DEPARTMENT their selves are always Great!
