HIGHLY recommend going ANYWHERE other than this facility for imaging needed. My neurologist insisted I drive a little over an hour and a half to this particular facility when there are multiple where I live. No one ever once told me I would be unable to drive after, but thank god I’m smarter and had someone bring me. The tech put me in the machine for a MRI told me she would check on me, yet never did until the MRI was done and she immediately proceeded w a MRA. What’s the point of a phone number if the phone just rings and disconnects. No operator picks up, no automated message picks up. Nothing! Waiting five days for my MRI results and I can’t even get in contact with anyone for the results.
Amazingly quick CT on brand new machine. Staff were outgoing, respectful and explained every step.
I went for an ultrasound for a large mass in my thigh. This was 6 days ago and have no results on My Chart. Made a few calls and found out no radiologist, after 6 days has viewed them. Was told the radiology dept would be contacted but a day later, nothing. Im furious!
Went for ultrasound and was very happy with the care and attention I received.
