Smooth, efficient, minimal wait.
I had an apt. Sunday June 2nd @ 6:30 pm. I filled out the paperwork &I was told Laura was coming on @ 7:00 & that there was 1 ER patient before me but it shouldn't be too long of a wait. 8:00 pm rolls around &we were still waiting. My husband rang the bell, Laura comes & was very snarky W/him. He explained that I had a 6:30 apt & we were still waiting. She said rudely did she fill out the paperwork? He said yes. Very impressive place. State of the art imaging. Bring a jacket..very cold down there! Great staff…professional yet very friendly.
Went in early on a Saturday morning for an X-ray without an appointment. Intake was fast and very friendly. X-ray tech was professional and efficient. I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes. Can't ask for more than that!
