Very prompt and thorough!
I had a terrible experience. I arrived on time according to my scheduled appointment per my cell phone text message. The technician Ms. Horn told me I would have to reschedule. I was shocked since I drove thirty minutes to get to the appointment from north boulder. I ask her why would I have to reschedule?
