Great location, easy timely check-in, Dr. Davis was friendly, professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. He had wanted an x-ray but they were backed up, so that was skipped. I was directed to a small ortho store In the building which is a great convenience, but they were busy, so I had to leave. It's a large practice with a lot of good docs, which is the great side, but seem to be overbooked, generally rushed, the downside for any medical practice. I visited your facility today, August 28, for an ultrasound appointment with Anya. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Anya appeared disengaged and lacked professionalism throughout the appointment. When I mentioned that my stomach was tender due to the pressure being applied, her response was, “Do you want to do it yourself?”—which felt dismissive and inappropriate.
