Why aren't there negative stars ? After calling 4 times with insurance information asking repeatedly if they had the information was told I gave the wrong number 1st, then I told them the wrong provider. The girl asked for billing address how did I give you wrong information. Now being told they pay with out a payee number.. never even heard of this
If I could give 0-stars, I would. Like many others have stated, they are AWFUL to be deal with. I've been fighting for a year for them to file my claims correctly after my son went to St. Vincent for a broken bone. This is a third party who processed imaging at St. Vincent's and they will lie and do whatever is needed to get your bill to go to collections. Even after I fought for my insurance to pay for 3 of 4 charges, they still did not process the last image correctly despite having my insurance information. Seriously, the... read more
June 2025: I wish I could give zero stars. They send random links through text message that get identified as phishing and just continue to send them over and over. They will acknowledge, when called, that no one should be clicking unknown links especially with medical information but they do nothing to change their system or send out paper bills. Then, when you call to make a payment the process takes significantly more time than any other health care provider.
Went to Franciscan ER approx 11 months ago; never received a bill for this Company. Instead, we received many calls from a Collection agency nearly 9 months after the visit. We later discovered that this was for the FRANCISCAN ER Bill that we never received. This bill was $128. Yes, we have INSURANCE and Presented said Insurance. Contacting this company using several emails found goes nowhere. Still no response over 2 weeks now. This is nothing new for this company. This has happened once before approx 5 years ago.
Evil company never will return. Never got a bill. I have insurance. Collections calling me over $500. LOUSY LOUSY LOUSY PEOPLE WHO DESTROY YOUR CREDIT. I neve got a chance to pay the balance.
