Main complaint is they are not in the MY CHART app with ALL my other doctors and billing info
I have 100% VA coverage yet, once again, nobody knows how to correctly submit to them so I might as well have no coverage with clueless companies like this. Had to pay 100% of the bill myself because these people don't know how to do their jobs.
