I was scheduled for a mammogram on May 13th, 2024. I arrived for my appointment, checked in, sat for 20 min and was called back to the counter. I was told I had to have an ultrasound in addition to the mammogram and they couldn't do it that day. I was rescheduled for May 20th. In addition, if I hadn't received a phone call while I was getting ready to leave the parking lot, they would still have my driver's license and insurance cards.
