Procedure was very professional however my ultrasound is 7 weeks ago and still not read.waiting to find out if I have prostate cancer is nerve wracking enough. Why such a long wait???
My husband had an MRI on June 13th 2024, we are now at Sept. 9th 2024 (almost 3 months) and his MRI has still yet to be looked at by a radiologist. 2 weeks ago I called and was told he would be put on “STAT Status” and they would have 48 hours to read the MRI. After 2 weeks I called today and the MRI still hasn’t been looked at. I asked to speak to a supervisor… I called Corey 3 times today, every single time I was forwarded to his voicemail. I had never been to the radiology department before so I was a bit nervous. Once I arrived I was greeted by the nicest receptionist ever! She was so good about explaining everything to me, and when it came to going to the procedure, she walked us back to the waiting room explaining everything on the way. The rest of the staff were also very kind, and explained everything that was going to happen step by step. Thank you for making my visit very pleasant.
