This review is for the MRI facility only. BE WARNED: The MRI machine is OUTSIDE! You will be walked though a creepy corridor and then take a fork lift up to the trailer where the machine is kept. If the weather isn't absolutely perfect, you will likely be extra uncomfortable. An MRI is already uncomfortable but I was FREEZING on top of it. And I'd imagine its pretty miserable in the summer heat as well. I was told in the winter that they tell people to wear their coats. Why has it taken 5 days (so far) to get simple x-ray results?? It's an x-ray... not rocket science. They won't answer the phone, my doctors office hasn't been sent anything, and I'm in limbo wondering if I need to schedule PT or if I'm risking surgery now with this injury not being cared for according to what an x-ray shows. 1 additional star ONLY because the tech was very nice
Zero stars. I confirmed my appointment and early check-in by phone DAYS before My appointment only to arrive and told, rudely that I needed "to go to 26 mile". The receptionist wanted nothing to do with me. Said I had the wrong image order. Luckily my doctor's office was open on a Saturday and they electronically sent it to her, while she was on my phone on speaker. How much is a mammogram? Is it common practice to turn away appointment holders??? Never again.
I never received my ultrasound results and they won’t answer or return any phone calls. They also forced me to reschedule an important appt. due to missing documentation they previously said was not needed.
Extremely unprofessional and a liability to deal with, I send my patients for imaging and never get the results even when it's stat unless I call and even when I call; No body answered the phone and it goes to voice mail. No one even call back! Unacceptable for a medical imaging facility to be ran that poorly.
