First erroneously billed incorrect insurance. Discovered in the process all billing is outsourced to a call center overseas and there is no way to contact a local representative. After resolution account balance was paid in full. Still despite payment sent account to collections as ROCHESTER RADIOLOGY PC. Account is now in good standing but collections agency refuses account statements and proof of payment because they don't say ROCHESTER RADIOLOGY PC. They have always been nice and very thorough with my visits.
I got x-rays done last Thursday (5 days ago now) to see if I have a broken nose. Still no answers, and even my provider that ordered the x-rays can't get ahold of someone for an answer. Called the imaging department manager and surprise surprise, it went to her voice-mail. So unprofessional to make patients wait for simple X-RAYS this long.
Worst service !!! Horrible
