Reception staff was extremely helpful. I had forgotten the paperwork from the doctor, but they were able to locate and print it out for me. The Imaging Tech was also extremely kind and patient with my mother.

I scheduled this appointment. I preregistered. I went to the address they gave me on the phone, they gave me the wrong address. My appointment was at 2:00. I made it to the correct location at 2:05. I went to the restroom. I came back to the tech calling my name only to tell me that since I wasn’t there earlier that she was going to take four other patients ahead of me and I could wait if I wanted to. The customer service here is beyond reprehensible. The attitude was nasty and I would take my worst enemy here.

Had a CT scan follow-up for kidney stones. after the fact, my urologist was told it would take Ascension up to 30 days for the radiologist to read them to read them and send them to his office. YES 30 DAYS! This is absolutely ridiculous. Anybody needs a CT x-ray or MRI done. Do not come here. You will be told it will take a month. A month for a radiologist to read the results? They blamed it on their data breach. So since they had a data breach, apparently the radiologist need a month to read images. Just go to Beaumont, Hen... read more
