EXTREMELY SLOW GETTING TEST RESULTS!!! 6 months ago I had an xray of my shin done, referred by my then outside primary care doctor. It took nearly 2 weeks to get my results!!! I have been waiting on xray results for hand xrays ordered by my in-house rheumatologist for 8 days now!!! GET IT TOGETHER PEOPLE!!!
Originally, I gave them 1 star because of the shady dealings of one of their subcontractors, Columbus Radiology Corporation, but they came through to press CRC to recognize my payment and submit a claim with my insurance. I am happy that they cooperated with me and solved my problem. Reliable!
They get their billing done through Columbus Radiology Corporation, which is a scam. They try to steal money from people and they harass people. Look for an imaging service that does not work with Columbus Radiology Corporation.
