Beth the RT was so kind and made my visit extremely comfortable. I didn't catch the ladies name at reception/registration but she was also extremely nice and professional. The facility was extremely clean as well. Overall a wonderful experience.
For all my visits, I can’t complain. I have had nothing but respect and curiosity when I have come in for imaging.
I had an MRI with contrast done and had an immediate anaphylactic response to the dye. The radiologist did not have the tray in the room with epinephrine, antihistimes, steroids to immediately handle the situation. Because of the delay and her negligence I nearly died. They had to send someone to run to the urgent care next door to get a dr, could not find the epi pens and as a result I ended up with two epi pens, a shot of epinephrine, losing consciousness between epi one and two and begging for help, mouthing words while I... read more
