This is an amazing place to have a mammogram and get your ultrasound done. People are wonderful. Same people here for a long time. I love Summit Gorgeous gowns! ;) Anita is an angel!
I am still waiting one week later for my MRI results. Terrible, I would not recommend this place.
Absolutely horrible customer service. They have no idea how to find out if a patient is covered by insurance. They did not check with Insurance prior to booking imaging. The Customer Service repeatedly puts you on hold for a half hour each time to wait to speak to a representative. It is definitely not an imaging center you want to use.
I came here for a CT scan and had a very good experience. From the moment I walked in the door, I received a warm welcome from the lady helping to guide patients. My technologist Brandon, was simply wonderful. He prioritized my comfort every step of the way.
If I could give zero stars I would. They are careless and inefficient and as a result they create significantly more false-alarm follow-ups than any other Summit facility. And then you can’t get a timely return appointment because they are overbooked.
