Terribly slow. Over 2 hours after our appointment Time. Staff gives bad info. Terrible
I went in to have a biopsy of a lump on my jaw under my ear. Of course I would be nervous. Its my face...and a needle going into my face. When the man called my name he had a big smile on his face and shook my hand. He explained to me step by step what was going to happen. He asked if I was comfortable. He asked if he could do anything to make me more comfortable. There were 4 people in the room with me including the doctor. The doctor told me what he was doing at every step.
