Notice these two people didn’t show there names or pictures. I work there and I would call that place Imaginethics... lol. the mear fact that showing up on time and trying your best is 99% of how any employer will rate an employee is probably a kind way of saying the above 2 people didn’t. Anyway if you don’t like OT and actually having to do “WORK” you probably don’t want to work there. Or anywhere for that matter, nuff said!
This company has a revolving door built on it. Has great potential but lacks teamwork. Need eyes on the back of your head to see who is stabbing you in it. This behavior goes all the way to the top of the ladder. Bad managers can only be sent to Obedience classes so many times. Poor attempt to fix an ongoing problem brought on a bigger no name VP with a god complex. Do not recommend employment to anyone. Maybe a day will come when they turn around but today is not it.
management requires instruction – company has a solid foundation but the structure requires repair. Has a very unhealthy work enviroment full of primadonna managers
Shady Business practice – Customer's Beware !!!!!!! I know when a customer supplies material to manufacture a product there is a reason for this. This company will scrap supplied certified material and substitute its own purchased or inventoried material. I have seen it many times. just saw it 2 days ago. This is a normal occurance. If I were A Boeing purchaser I would keep clear. The FAA should prosecute these guys before someone gets hurt.
