Nothing but smokers living here and homeless people sleeping in cars on the whole street . Maintenance and Lawanda try there best to keep it together but the residents are nasty
As long as Lawanda is the property manager and things get worse under her, just don't try this place. Unless your down with the homeless coming into the property and issues never getting fixed cause the company in charge of the building seem to be a bunch of cheapskates.
Here is a short list of why you should look elsewhere if at all possible: The property manager, Lawanda, is incompetent. The people who work here gossip about tenants and employees with other employees and tenants. There is a building-wide roach problem and the people they hire don't actually spray (they're in and out). Drug addicts both live and fight here, there is an ambulance every weekend for ODs, and the homeless roam in and out of the open gates; and they even sleep in front of people's doors occaisonally. New property manager sucks, if something breaks you're screwed, and best have some self defense cause there's barely security.
