They overwork their employees, call them on their days off just to talk to them about stuff happening at the site, refuse to actually listen to staff and what they need. Overall the upper management and corporate just do not care about their employees or the residents at all.
They are rude to employees and allow the clients abuse employees. They don't know how to keep a schedule straight and wait for 2 days to change it again. Causing my fiance and i to readjust our plans. She put time in q month ago to have dec 27th off and they can't give it to her as it was for a religion matters. But department of labor will be contacted. They allowed one employee that was there to soread covid thru out facility with 11 clients and 2 pregnant employees.
I’d give ZERO stars if possible. Diamond place is a horrible home who abuses it clients and endangers their well being
