This summer camp got me into the arts! I absolutely loved it as a kid and always looked forward to it every year.
Our kid looks forward to this camp all year long. It's worth noting the very high retention rate of kids who return every year, until they age out and in some cases, volunteer as assistants after that. The recital is free to attend (that is, included with the camp charge), casual and unpretentious. The class and recital take place in the Waldorf school, which has a funky, 70's alternative vibe.
