I had to have my A/C fixed yesterday, and Richard did an outstanding job! He was right on time, and I felt relief immediately. He explained how our system was built and walked us through simple ways we can improve it for next year if we want to. He really went out of his way to make sure we understood everything and how it works. He even called later just to check on us, which was very thoughtful. I’d definitely recommend him and this company to anyone needing reliable A/C service.

Robert is a man of his word and a lifesaver! Not only did they answer my phone call immediately, but they checked out my HVAC the very next day and scheduled a major project in the same week. I got an upgraded 5 ton HVAC system to accommodate the increased square footage of my house with the highest quality standards. Rob is an excellent communicator and updated me throughout the process. He personally worked a 12 hour day to get it done in time. Thank you for everything. My family and I appreciate it.

Was planning on installing an Ecobee thermostat after having a nest one for 9 years. Realized I didn’t have a C wire (not required at the time). Called Imagine That Heating and Air and they were able to send someone out, not only same day, but within hours. Robert and his crew was excellent and attentive to detail. He had competitive pricing and his crew was in and out with a whole new unit, coils/ducts in no time. He even secured my other unit and fixed their installation mistakes for free.
