Was planning on installing an Ecobee thermostat after having a nest one for 9 years. Realized I didn’t have a C wire (not required at the time). Called Imagine That Heating and Air and they were able to send someone out, not only same day, but within hours. I contacted Imagine That Heating & Air on behalf of my 85-year-old father who needed work on both his Air Conditioning and Heater in order to complete escrow on his house in Hesperia. To accomplish the job for him, both Michael and Robert had to hunt down parts for his existing older unit and come back and forth to the property multiple times. They were very patient with us and very professional. The price quote was reasonable, and each step was adequately explained for us. Highly recommend.

I would like to first say that if anyone is looking for Heating & Air service this is the company you should go with. They are honest and the prices are reasonable. Rob is very knowledgeable and cool. I had to replace a 5-ton condenser and coil and Rob went above and beyond with his service, he even added some dampers to control the air flow in certain rooms.
