My first visit, I felt like I’d found new friends. The nicest Mother/daughter team for Nail Tech. and Hair Stylist.The Rinehart Family is so well known for all of us growing up in PA . Bud Rinehart and Jack Montgomery dressed our guys for the proms, Weddings, and more at The Toggery !!! The personal care and excellent skills of Kayley are the best , and an obvious Family Tradition keeps on keepin on!!
