Outside contractors and the father saved my home. I thought this would be a somewhat easy process boy was I wrong. If you deal with Manny beware as he is a skilled liar and will try to milk your insurance company ! This snake will try to over charge for items as well as charge for services that were never completed in order to inflate invoice. I do not recommend Imagine Restore. My experience with Manny was very disappointing. He was difficult to work with and I found his billing practices to be unethical, especially when dealing with insurance claims. Always double-check your invoices — I was charged for services that were never done, including a $900 cleanup that didn’t happen. I had to pay out of pocket to have that work completed elsewhere. It’s been a pleasure working with Manny, he is excellent at his work. We had to change our faulty AC unit at the earliest and he came in with great price and service. I would highly recommend Imagine restoration for your project It’s a company you can trust !!
