I do not recommend Imagine Restore. My experience with Manny was very disappointing. He was difficult to work with and I found his billing practices to be unethical, especially when dealing with insurance claims. Always double-check your invoices — I was charged for services that were never done, including a $900 cleanup that didn’t happen. I had to pay out of pocket to have that work completed elsewhere. Called and made the estimate appointment for mold remediation, they confirmed and nobody ever showed up.
