I had the pleasure of working with Laura for my rental the last two years. When I relocated out of state, she made the move-out process the easiest I have ever experienced in my 15+ years of renting. She processed my move out quickly, and painlessly. It was an unexpected and rushed move, so I knew there were going to be a couple of charges, but they were all completely accurate and fair. I would highly recommend renting through them, and I'm sure they do a fantastic job if you're in the market to buy as well!
Been a tenet since October and have nothing but good things to say. Communication has been excellent from the very beginning of the application process through to today. The very few work orders I have needed to submit have been responded to promptly, even not emergency requests, and even on christmas eve for an emergency request.
