Imagine Plumbing & Appliance went above and beyond in installing my new gas dryer and washing machine. The service was excellent and timely. They even handled issues I had with a third-party vendor on my behalf immediately. I was very impressed and would recommend them to anyone. Special thanks to Saida for going the extra mile and Julian in Edmonton for making sure everything ran smoothly once installed.
We had the Nicest man ever install our new Miele dishwasher, and move one from downstairs up and connect that also... what a pleasant experience for us!!
Horrible business practices! Sent out a tech to change our water filters, he broke off a part, came back and fixed that, said the water system was working, it wasn’t. Then they charged us almost $500. We called, left messages and nobody called us back. Then they sent us to collections. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!
