I'm leaving my original review below just in case others had a similar, bad experience initially so they know they're not alone. IOL had a change of ownership and it appears the previous owner was entirely to blame for the shoddy workmanship and total lack of responsiveness. Under new ownership, we have been delighted by responsiveness, attention to mechanical details, and follow-up. Thank goodness because we had really feared we'd been "taken." Thanks, Amy! Four. Thousand. Dollars. Indoor connectors that let wires get wet and continually short out the circuit. Lines not even buried in the first place. Then total ghosting because we dared to ask that warranty be observed and recalled the company to address, yet each visit brought another mistake. And when I say ghosted, I mean 7 unanswered texts over the course of five months. Save yourselves, consumers. It’s too late for us.

We used Imagine Lighting at a previous home under a different owner and loved the work they did, but I can honestly say that the new owner, Amy, and her staff did just as good a job at our current home. She was patient with all my questions and made sure I understood exactly what was being done. Her installer, Justin, was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and had a great attitude.
