I loved my experience here, & I was with them for almost three years getting my braces! Thank you Dr. Rollins & Elena! I’m very sad the practice is closing.
Very unprofessional staff never answers the phone! I will call multiple times a day to make a payment or try to make appt noone answers the phone. Then they have the nerve to send me email saying my daughter has been dropped from their care!!! Front desk, Russian nurse and doctor Very rude and unprofessional DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
No communication what so ever..you pay money to have your teeth fixed and that is all they care about..MONEY. I switched to a different dental office when I’m actually seeing results.the dr. Doesn’t know how to communicate. I ask questions and he mumbles and walks away.
