The staff at this location radiate customer service! They always make you feel comfortable and ensure you understand your treatment plan. Nisha is amazing! Highly recommend.
Unresponsive. I have tried for weeks to get my child transferred. Once I finally got the AAO transfer paperwork, a week later and still no responses. My daughter had surgery six weeks ago and has zero aftercare now.
They won't accept transfer patients unless you moved from out of state or your current office is within a certain amount mile range outside their office. This is really unfortunate and poor patient care for those who have concerns with their current treatment.
