I am 61 years old and went to Imagine for a free consultation in hopes of getting braces to correct my crooked teeth (bucket list). Erica, the tech, was so helpful, kind and reassuring and Dr Starkenburg was extremely knowledgeable and wasn’t trying to just “sell” braces, but referred me to an oral surgeon for skeletal problems, before she would consider braces. I am very impressed with them empowering me with knowledge before I make a decision! Highly recommend!
I scheduled a consultation online with Imagine Orthodontics and completed all the paperwork they sent me ahead of my appointment. I took time off work to be there. When I arrived, I was immediately told by the assistant that they would not see me because I still have attachments from my previous Invisalign treatment. This practice policy is to do both arches up and bottom, even if you only need one arch or top or bottom done exclusively because you don’t have a problem with both top and bottom. kind of seems like a money grab rather than truly concerned with what the patient needs they’re not going to do something that doesn’t benefit them financially, even if it benefits the patient. Also, once I mentioned, I was only interested in having Braces on my top arch, they turned me away and did not have the consultation
Everyone here is so nice and sweet and will tell you what you need to hear in ways that are easy to understand! Dr. Star is the awesome and explains everything very well and answers all my questions! And I can't believe all the options I get to choose from!
The best service, super nice and kindly team members, they made me feel super good in all the process. Thank you Mia for all your help. My brakes are amazing. ♥️ and the offers are unbelievable
