We had a great experience at Imagine Orthopedic Studio! Courtney did an excellent job putting on my daughter’s braces she explained everything clearly, gave helpful food suggestions, and made sure we knew how to care for them. She was so professional and amazing at what she does. Ms. Norma at the front desk was just as wonderful welcoming, helpful, and made the whole process easy. Together they made us feel cared for and supported. We look forward to our next visit!

The customer service is GREAT! It’s literally 8 am and they are super chipper and welcoming already. I had a consultation that went past 5 pm the other day and they were just as nice & sweet at the end of the day. Love them! Quandah was great! Loved the experience!
The staff (Norma & Diana to name a few) at the location in Tampa are Outstanding. They greet you with smiles & excitement making sure you feel welcomed. They all have great customer service and will go above and beyond to help you.
