Clean office, staff is friendly , they are ALWAYS late on appointment times so be prepared if your appointment is set for 9:20am to not be seen until 20 min past . Very frustrating and inconvenient. So if you’re a punctual person this would not be the orthodontics for you. unfortunately I’m stuck with this untimeliness for the next 8 months.
The techs always make my daughter feel comfortable and safe, and they always explain all our options clearly for me. Chris gave us her first invisallign set today and she's so excited. They had such a wonderful celebration when she finished her invisalign. We really feel like family here.
Love them so much. They were so patient with my boys. They made the experience fun. I would recommend this place to everyone.
