From the moment we arrived, we experienced truly exceptional customer service. We would like to give our highest commendation to the two wonderful reception staff, Amy and Shulekha. They welcomed us with warm smiles and genuine kindness, and the level of professionalism they demonstrated was simply outstanding. We had a wonderful 11 day stay at Imagine Lighthouse. Our unit was on the 68th floor with amazing skyview from the 2 bedrooms. The apartment was modern, clean, and very comfortable, with amazing city views. The location was excellent—within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, cafés, and public transport, making it easy to explore Melbourne. Stayed on floor 69 with amazing views, comfortable beds, great pool and spa facilities BUT our room was dirty - needed a good clean!!!
