I’m extremely disappointed with the landscaping service at my condo. The property manager hired this company, so I didn’t have any direct contact with them myself—but as a resident, I still experienced the results firsthand. This was their first time coming out, and unfortunately, they never actually got the job done. The level of neglect was unacceptable—basic maintenance clearly wasn’t completed. They are the current landscapers at Meadowbrook Condos and the grounds have never been worse. They have quit responding to requests to complete simple mowing. I have grass over three feet in front of my condo. They are not trustworthy or reliable at all. Do not recommend. They haven’t even completed one full round of mowing this year. Someone was pushing one hand push mower that didn’t even work through parts of the condo leaving whole areas totally long. One star is even too generous!
Failed to finish fall cleanup including trimming bushes. No show Jan, Feb and March to fertilize, aeration and cut lawn in a 51 unit complex. Additionally, 2 men with push mowers without grass catchers showed up one day without finishing the work. Owners Emily Daughton and Tim Webb said stand up mowers would be “ out of the repair shop and ready to go by Monday”, Again no-show and would not respond to phone calls and emails leaving our grass seven day 8 inches tall and full of weeds.
