I stopped in their office one day and set up an appointment for them to come out and take a look and measurements. I was told they would have something for me in a couple of weeks. After 3 1/2 weeks I called them and they apologized saying they have been real busy and should be able to have something for me beginning of the following week. I shared that I was not necessarily in a hurry but communication is key. It has now been 10 weeks and I have heard nothing.
