We had Imagine Home Improvements put a new wood surface and vinyl capped railing on our deck. These guys are absolutely top notch. The finished product is better than I expected and the attention to detail shows. They completed the job when they said it would be done, and on budget with a great price (best out of 5 different quotes). STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I recently had this company come to my home to install a new garage door, two pillars replaced in the font entrance, and a new door. We ran into numerous issues beginning to finish. No quote was given on paper. I had to follow up numerous times to see when he was planning to start the work. I was always calling him. He made me order my own door from Homedepot where I had to put my own money upfront. He gave the lady at the store the wrong measurements and we ended up with the wrong size door. Even... read more
If you want attention to details and proper fit and finish with install than stay far away from these guys. He may be attentive to phone calls but the quality control is just not there. My shower doors leak from improper install. Glass doors on shower door hung unevenly. Drain plug for tub doesn't sit level when unplugged. My tub was all dinged up and damaged as his workers set up the saw for the tile in it. They also used it for storage for their tools and gouged and dinged it all up. Had a very great experience with them and very great pricing had drywall repairs and paint and made repair to my deck also I will be using them again on my home needs
