Consistently delayed, poor service. Both before the clinic moved and after, there has never been a single visit where my partner has been seen at the appointed time. They seem to treat appointment patients like walk-ins instead. Latest example was appointment at 3pm. Arrived 15 minutes early. Waited until 3:45pm, and was told we'd be 'next'. Booking an appointment time usually allows less than 15 minutes waiting time, helps if you are early. Dr. Yong is very thorough and up to date. 👍
Imagine Health (Calgary and Edmonton) shows how much their care about each of they care about their patients from the phenomenal Physicians' bedside manner, to their office managers through to their nurses and staff. We need more doctors' offices like this one that set a beautiful example daily in the care and service they provide. Thank you to these professionals. It doesn't do my gratitude justice. But I thank you for being such a wonderful company/organization of wonderful people.
