I personally cannot say enough good things about some of the wonderful staff here, to name but a few Dr Haywood with whom I have been a patient for many years, she goes above and beyond, so grateful. Dan my massage therapist whom I have been working with recently, I cannot thank him enough for the difference he has been making, along with Karim my physiotherapist, who I have also been working recently and highly recommend! Oh my God, I just went today to pick up my requisition for my bloodwork, but then I asking for a schedule for an appointment for the doctor but then the receptionist one of the lady there. I just asked for the date and she looked like very stressed and she’s so rude to me and she just always deep breath and she’s she’s not helpful at all and I asking for earlier as much as possible, but then I don’t have a chance with her. Fantastic primary healthcare professionals who provide excellent services despite the repeated UCP Provincial Government cuts. They even have doctors with special interests who understand adult ADHD & weight issues. They have psychologists that can help when life throws you a curve-ball including companion animal bereavement; it's tough when you have to say goodbye to your fur baby. Alex on the front desk is awesome. Dan is the most amazing massage therapist ever. The pharmacists (not the lady assistant!) are super helpful. ... read more
The clinic is spotless! The front desk staff is very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Wait times are short and our doctor is very thorough. We’ve had nothing but good experiences so far!
