I’ve been going to this clinic since I was a child, and even though I live farther away now, I still make the trip because of the compassionate care. Dr. John Chi is an excellent family doctor, and psychologist Jill Zurevinski is incredibly caring and knowledgeable. I can’t express how much she has supported my progress. Highly recommend this clinic
This is a very busy practice. The staff try to remain courteous and helpful amidst their hectic schedules. Alex is a model receptionist. Two days ago, I had to see the "new" Dr Ibekwe when regular doctor was booked ten days out. She is the most articulate, well-groomed and caring doctor. She also has a delightful British accent. I've had a fantastic experience here. Alex is fabulous at booking multiple appointments. He is patient and kind. He is exceptional. My family has been very supported by this clinic with different doctors including Dr. Lee, Dr. Chin and Dr. Monsour. Thank you all.
I’ve been sitting here waiting for an unreasonable amount of time and it’s honestly ridiculous. The wait just keeps dragging on with no progress. This shouldn’t take this long. It feels completely inefficient and poorly managed. If I could give zero stars, I would. Extremely frustrating experience
Horrible experience at this location. Wait time is extremely terrible. There were only around 5 people waiting and almost all of us had to wait 2 hrs and I only needed a DOCTORS NOTE. Don’t come to this location if you don’t want to wait for so long just to be checked out in less than 10 minutes. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.
