Why can nobody answer the phone at any given time there is two or three behind the desk and waiting 3 or 4 weeks to see your doctor The system is broken

Dr. Rezaeisarlak promised to refer me to a surgeon for gallbladder removal. Unfortunately, it seems this was not prioritized, as no referral was made, and I have not been contacted about scheduling the surgery in a few months. When I called them few times they lied me that everything is set.
The wait time for phonecalls to Imagine Health has greatly improved from past years. Dr Chan is my family doctor and he’d extremely knowledgeable but also very booked ahead, also I believe does not see patients f/t. However I’m able to arrange appointments or walk-in to be seen by any of the other numerous doctors, except for my annual physical. Works for me, I’m happy with this clinic!
