If you are thinking of going to this place for a pool, RUN away! Worst customer service, wrong colour pool delivered, did not put in ground properly, blamed us on everything. No response from anyone. Did not want to own their mistake, Melissa just took the money and ran! Worst company! Do not deal with them!
The worst experience I had with this company, first they brought us a wrong colour pool, the guys that came to install did not have proper directions about our backyard and pool, tried talking to Melissa who was in charge of setting everything up. She basically ghosted us and was sending random workers who told us everything looked good but it did not, this year the pool shifted in away from concrete as per pics attached and we tried to tell them this will happen but they told us that they cannot helps us and all they did wo... read more
I got a pool installed Less Then 1 year ago and it’s already peeling and chipping. I try calling them and no one answeres,I went there a few times and the employees say he’s not there when then I see him come out and drive away. I got the chance once to actually talk to the owner Jim and his answer was I will go when I can it’s not when u want. I had Imagine Fiberglass close my pool last fall. Upon opening I found a number of issues. They had stripped or broken a number of my safety cover pool anchors, they cracked the pressure gauge on the top of my filter tank, the lid for my pump would no longer fit properly and was letting air in the system and finally I am not even sure what chemicals were put in the pool as I had never had algae issues before and this year was awful.
