Overall, I'm glad I have a pool, but this company has been very hard to work with. Melissa turned silent part way through the process, and didn't respond to several issues I had with the build. The pool was NOT level (one side is out by 3cm, so more than an inch). The builders tried to fix it, but cracked the gelcoat on the one corner. Imagine has refused to fix it or offer me even modest restitution. I was going to be happy with a few years' worth of openings and closings as a fair deal, but they won't even return my calls.... read more

Love our pool, however we have been trying to get this warranty issue resolved, one crack/chip portion that occurred when the automatic cover was installed, and one chip on the step from the original install. They are fairly minor, however we were told they would be fixed when it's nice and sunny as we need to lower the water level and let it dry, it was postponed last year until we closed the pool.
