Dr. Dawson was able to fit me in the same day. He listened to my concerns and went over everything in detail. It was really refreshing to see a dentist take that much time to discuss my situation and not just rushing from patient to patient.
I had an actual tooth emergency last Friday one of my middle front teeth fell out while l was eating. I panicked and called my wife and asked her to please work a miracle and find a dentist who fix my smile immediately. Not only was l missing a front tooth, l had to make a presentation the following Monday.This was mid afternoon on Friday. This review long overdue. A few months ago I was in a rush situation with a tooth issue, and Imagine / Derek were uber accomodating to my situation and schedule. Beyond that, Derek was very thorough with the consult, exam, resulting in the exact care that I needed. Fair pricing and exceptional service!
Dr. Dawson was awesome with my 3 year old daughter. He explained everything to her and made it fun. When we got home she said to me, "That was fun!" Thanks Dr. Dawson for being great for adults and kids! Very knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable
