My daughter loved going there until the therapist stopped showing up and kept canceling appointments. Sometimes she’d just not show up. She canceled my daughters last appointment and never heard from her again.
Mrs. Katie is a wonderful lady, my daughter loves her and looks forward to their "talk time" I'm so happy that we have her as a part of our preteen and teen years!!
My two kids go to this place against my will. Even though my ex wife and I share 50/50 custody and have a COURT ORDERED AGREEMENT on therapy this "therapist" excludes both parents. I have reached out many times through emails and calls and get nothing. I have asked for schedules, type of therapy, and why she doesn't believe both parents should be involved in the children's therapy. Nothing. We would drive over an hour round trip for my daughter’s therapy session, and the door would be locked. She’d eventually answer saying she had a “migraine” and her session was cancelled so she could lay down in her office. This happened frequently. Sometimes she’d be a complete no show. Completely unprofessional. Waste of time and gas. Made my daughter feel like she didn’t even care. My daughter has been coming here for several years, the last 5 months every appointment that we confirm we get there and the therapist is a no show, with no call, text or email. I have had a discussion with her about this and she says it would be better and here we are again today sitting, waiting for an appointment and there is no therapist. This is it.... we will be going somewhere else. Very unreliable, very unprofessional. Would not recommend.
