I would have given 5 stars but they charged me twice for the same procedure and I did call them to let them know. But it’s been more than 2 weeks with no response yet. I still haven’t received my money back. Not the experience I was expecting. Update: They did send me my money back but I called them to get it sorted.
We are very displeased with our visits to Imagine Dentistry. We gave them a second chance, thinking it was just a fluke, but had an equally unpleasant visit the second time. The dentist (female) scared my toddler by physically pulling him along the flat examination table, without warning, on his very first visit to a dentist, and was NOT good with small children. Wonderful experience! The reception was great, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the small play area kept my son happy and entertained. Highly recommend!
I would give zero stars if I could. Dr. Faulkner had horrible bedside manners with us and our 1 year old at our initial consultation. When the appointment came, she "accidentally" cut our child's lip tie after being asked to leave it alone. Due to her cutting it, she claimed it was bleeding too much for her to fill in the hole she drilled in our child's front tooth. All of the staff there are amazing and they are so good with the kids. When my son had to have sedation, Lisa was wonderful and put both my son and I at ease. Dr Faulkner and Dr Friedman are very knowledgeable and so great with the kids.
