Imagine by NorthPoint is a great organization that teaches children excellent coping skills. The staff and counselors are kind and patient. The building is cozy and welcoming, in a great central location. For the parents looking for a place that will help their kids grow into resilient and strong adults - Imagine by Northpoint is what you have been looking for!
The place is awesome it really made a difference in my son. Joyce was so wonderful she really love what she does and you can tell by the way she cares for the kids she works with. She is a blessing to my family and to the program. Its people like her who really give these kids hope. Thank you.
We absolutely think this place is a God sent blessing. We were told by a friend to check it out and my daughter has been able to grasp some areas that she learned and I am actually very impressed with some of the coping skills and calming mechanisms she has learned here. When no one else would listen and accept my daughter they did. I hands down recommend Imagine by Northpoint. Ms. Gabby is amazing! The entire staff was incredibly helpful even the hotline!
Staff completely does not communicate with you. When you ask people from billing to get a hold of you they don't and you have to keep calling the office to make them have the person call you. Then come to find out that you can't afford their program and they only give you 6 months to pay for what insurance doesn't cover every place else 12 months to 18 months hands down! This place was literally life changing for our family. They understood my son in a way I didn’t want able to in the moment. They helped him become the best version of himself. There is still work to be done but everyday he is doing better and better. I cannot ever express my gratitude for the caring and kindness each and every staff member showed all of us
