These services are a joke. They don’t help people with needs, they just pretend to. I’ve been waiting THREE YEARS for job help. Literally asked for that in 2022, and today (2025) my case manager said, “I haven’t done that yet, but it’s on my to do list.” I also have been WEEKS for help with new glasses, which they said they’d provide (after explaining that everyone has a certain amount of financial help depending upon their plan… it’s in my plan and of course I’m still waiting).
