Imagination Designs is a gem. We bought a standard plan and had Phillip (Jesse’s teammate) customize it over several months—patient, detail-obsessed, and fast with CAD (computer-aided design) revisions. Communication was tight. The set we received was permit-ready: floor plans, elevations, sections, window/door schedules, concrete, framing, everything— and clean dimensioning that our contractor appreciated.
