Overall I am pleased with the service. Booking was a bit confusing but the person running it was very responsive through email so was able to easily get it booked. They showed up on time and put on a good time for the kids. I do think there could be improvements on the music setup, maybe creating a playlist and just letting that run instead of using YouTube. But the person brought activities that kept the kids entertained and overall was great for a kids bday.
These people are exceedingly unprofessional & disgusting. The owner is beyond rude & not customer friendly. Their website allowed me to book and when I tried to make a followup call the day of the party i was greeted with distasteful customer service. Never cared to attend to my needs and said they were fully booked even when their website allowed me to. When i requested a refund via paypal they gave me a hard time & tried to charge me a cancellation fee when they were the ones who couldn't provide the service. Save yourself... read more
Owner VERY rude her daughter answered the phone by saying yes in a snappy way never said hello. I was just calling to get information and the girl acted as though she didn’t want to take the call so i wrote a message on website about the experience and the owner wrote back a nasty email.They are very unprofessional and confrontational..As a owner who addresses a client the way she did in email below?I would not trust them with money or even have anyone they do business with around kids.This is the email the owner wrote back.... read more
