The most bad customer service ! I almost called the store number a month!! They never answered Me. When I pay for my daughter's pictures. .. they argue they have to wait for the other members(moms) to pay!!! .. when I submit my order on march.!.. and it's almost end of MAY.!.. oh they want you to check and do everything again(and for them).. it's this a joke?'..

Unfortunately, my experience was not a good one with this company. I ordered my son’s football pics back in Aug. and did not receive then until the end of January, after several attempts with them being back and forth with texts and we still had to go and pick them up from either the location they chose or all the way to Edinburg. Hoping Pioneer does not use them again next year. I wouldn’t want to go through the same hassle again.
