A long term relationship. I've been selling for Imageworks close to a decade now. The quality of the products is matched by the quality of the Imageworks team. Dental equipment is all I do, primarily radiography and esp. 3d imaging. A CBCT may be the most money the clinician has spent on an "X-ray machine" ever. It's all about the LTR. The Dr. will need support, equipment problems are rare, people issues are not. Beyond the support, durability, even a technology product should have a minimum 10 year service life.
