You're lucky if they mail supplies without calling them and telling them ink is out, and the worst part is we are changing ink and emptying overflow cartridge. We have had 3 different techs out and they all say they don't know how to get copier to connect with their computer system. Run don't walk from these clowns!

Not recommended. Came back later and tried to renegotiate our contract, saying we're "using too much toner." EDIT: Ridiculous claim in their response below, this is typical copier use in an office environment. Additionally, near the end of the contract, they charged us for toner, saying "you wouldn't have time to use the entire bottle before the lease ends." Completely unprofessional.
I wish I could give a negative rating. I've never posted a negative Yelp review, but this company deserves it. They are snakes and liars. They sell you things that don't actually work and then drag you through the mud. We are stuck in a contract for equipment that doesn't work for us. They do not respond to calls, emails, requests, anything. They have zero customer service and will just take your monthly payment.
