Great customer service. The owner is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions
I feel we were taken advantage of. We needed a photo printed for a funeral. It was very unexpected and tragic, we wanted to do something kind for the family. Most of the editing was done prior and I asked for the grass to be replaced in a photo. We ordered a 16x20 and two 8x10’s and were surprised with a bill that was almost $300. They said they spent 2 1/2 hours editing at $90 per hour. I was not quoted such an outrageous cost but he had no problem quoting the prints. They really went above and beyond to make sure my photos were ready in time for a funeral despite snow and other setbacks. The prices are competitive for the quality you get, and you can't beat the service.
