I had a very unpleasant experience at Images Handicraft Dandenong. The gentleman claiming to be the owner displayed a complete lack of respect for customers, which aligns with many of the negative reviews I’ve read. He argued with me as if I were an adversary, rather than a valued customer. His lack of knowledge about materials and reputable brands was evident. I placed my order, based in NSW on 1st September and received my package today, a very quick turnaround. Service has been very personal and lovely, and the incense I ordered is very nice the relaxing, the scent of sandlewood is drifting through my house today. Highly recommend Images Handcrafts
