The owner, Ed, is extremely nice and super accommodating. This business definitely goes out of their way to ensure that you have a pleasurable experience, I am testimony to that. I had an AMAZING experience here with both of my pregnancies. On my initial session with my second son, we couldn't get a good image because he was facing my back, but I was allowed to come back 2 more times, free of charge I must add, just to get a good photograph! After having a TERRIBLE customer service experience with Baby's First Images, I decided to take my service elsewhere. My experience with Images From the Womb was fabulous! Ed provided me with EXCELLENT customer service since day one. Needless to say, I have just scheduled my 2nd visit for this pregnancy.
